It is with great pleasure that we share the announcement that Sid Werthan was promoted to fifth dan and granted the title of Master Instructor in the International Combat Hapkido Federation (ICHF). He was honored at the organization’s 25th anniversary celebration in Chicago in late September. Noelle Talmon was also promoted to chodan in Chon Tu Kwan at the same event by Master Werthan, who heads the Combat Hapkido program at Moonlit Path Martial Arts.
The anniversary celebration brought together many instructors and students from around the country (and the world!) to celebrate Grandmaster Pellegrini, the ICHF, and the many dedicated practitioners of the art of Chon Tu Kwan.
